Aging Advantage is a non-profit organization established in 2017. Our team ensures quality of services provided to inviduals over 60 years old, inviduals over 18 years old with a disability, and their families by helping manage aspects of daily life while preserving dignity and independence.

How can we help You:
Aging Advantage has a team of Care Managers who are professional advocates. We conduct care planning assessments to help determine need and provide recommendations and referrals to help maintain the highest quality of life and care.

Our Care Managers serve as professional advocates and the main point of contact between clients, family, and health care providers. Advocating for necessary services, coordination referrals and addressing any barriers to care. This allows us to ensure the highest quality of life for our clients.
